About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment Presents: Behind the Scenes of Luxury Safari Excellence. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Administration Supervisor for a prestigious luxury safari travel company based in Botswana. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and takes pride in creating structure, accuracy, and seamless operational flow behind the scenes of world-class hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee administration and financial processes across multiple lodge operations and the regional office
- Ensure consistency in systems, reporting, record-keeping, procurement, and compliance
- Lead and support lodge-based administration teams, providing training, guidance, and oversight to ensure accuracy, accountability, and efficiency
- Act as a key link between lodge teams and head office, maintaining clear communication channels while monitoring workloads and resolving administrative challenges across sites
- Prepare consolidated financial, HR, and operational reports for management, ensuring all legal, financial, and company standards are met
- Conduct regular audits of administrative processes to maintain transparency, accuracy, and consistency throughout the group
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior administrative role
- Hospitality or related diploma advantageous
- Strong financial administration and reporting experience
- Excellent leadership and team supervision skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident enforcing standards, systems, and compliance
- Proficient in MS Office and strong English communication skills
