OVERVIEWAn established Cape Town-based construction company is seeking a hands-on Site Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of a R40 million+ high-end, multi-level private residence in Cape Town. This is a technically demanding build on a steep, sloped site, requiring a Site Manager with proven experience in complex residential construction and the ability to manage programme, cost, and quality under pressure.This role is best suited to:-Experienced Site Managers, or-Senior Foremen ready to step up, who have worked on large, complex buildsKEY RESPONSIBILIEs-Full on-site management of a high-end residential build from groundworks through to final handover-Management of all subcontractors, trades, and site personnel-Driving construction programme and ensuring adherence to project timelines-Coordination with professional team (architects, engineers, quantity surveyors)-Management of structural elements including:-Piling and foundations-Retaining structures-Multi-level concrete works-Lift shaft construction*Ensuring strict quality control aligned to high-end residential standards-Monitoring costs, variations, and site productivity-Enforcing health & safety compliance on site.
