About the Role
As an Advertising Project Manager at G-Core Capital, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day studio workflow and ensuring seamless project execution. You will act as the central liaison between the studio and internal stakeholders, managing multiple jobs and shifting priorities with ease.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day studio workflow and job scheduling.
- Allocate work to designers based on capacity, skillset, and deadlines.
- Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as priorities change.
- Ensure briefs are clear and timelines are realistic before work begins.
- Act as the central liaison between the studio and internal stakeholders.
- Track deadlines and flag risks to delivery early.
Requirements
- Relevant certificate, diploma, or degree (e.g. Project Management, Design, Marketing, Communications, or similar).
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in a creative, design, or agency environment (traffic, studio coordination, or project support).
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and shifting priorities.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
