About the Role
The Nelson Mandela University is seeking an Associate Lecturer in Business Management to facilitate and administer the learning process for students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The successful candidate will contribute to community engagement, conduct research, and perform academic administration, while upholding the university’s core functions and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the learning and teaching processes and outcomes of the department.
- Perform academic engagement activities.

Requirements
- Sound knowledge in the theory and application of Business Management principles, specifically in the areas of Personal Financial Management, Entrepreneurship and the Business Functions.
- Proven experience with Online Learning and Teaching (knowledge of the Moodle LMS will be an advantage).
- Experience facilitating learning at undergraduate level and potential to contribute at postgraduate level.
- Potential to contribute to the creation of knowledge by virtue of publications and the supervision of postgraduate research studies.
