As our C&E Bartender you will provide the highest level of hospitality and guest experience when preparing and providing beverages.

You will work in the and beverage outlet, such as conference, and events. As part of your role, you will prepare the area for service, welcome and interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks.

Interpreting guests’ needs and translating them into beverage recommendations that impress, as well as preparing cocktails at a consistent standard, upselling products and meeting targets, will form a significant part of your duties. This aspect of the role will provide you with a challenge and keep you motivated.

You have a Matric Certificate and have completed a Barman / Cocktail barman course from a recognised South Africa Educational Institution and a Hospitality Qualification. With at least 1 year’s experience in a similar role in an up-market environment, you also have a background in using technology including micros / speed point machine, MS 365.

You are flexible and can work shifts / across multiple outlets.

Are you passionate about the hospitality industry and have a flair for creating unforgettable experiences? As our Cocktail Barman, you will play a crucial role in this. Your excellent communication skills will help you engage with guests effortlessly. You will showcase your expertise in preparing cocktails and beverages, demonstrating your comprehensive product knowledge of hotels, competitors, and the city. Your excellent knowledge in preparing beverages, including wine, spirits, and cocktails, will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service.
