Hospitality and Outdoor New Vacancy Conference Coordinator Luxury Lodge Waterberg Region, Limpopo An exciting Conference Coordinator Job is available at a luxury lodge in the Waterberg region, Limpopo. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Conference Coordinator within the hospitality industry who thrives on planning, organization, and delivering seamless conference experiences. The role focuses on managing client enquiries, coordinating conference setups, and ensuring all administrative and operational aspects are executed to a high standard in a professional lodge environment. Job Requirements Proven experience in a Conference Coordinator Job within hospitality or a lodge environment Strong sales ability with a track record of converting conference enquiries into confirmed bookings Excellent communication and client liaison skills Highly organized with strong administrative capabilities and attention to detail Experience managing bookings, updating reports, and maintaining client information systems Ability to plan and coordinate all conference logistics, including room setup and onsite activities Confident in conducting site visits and engaging with prospective clients Ability to liaise effectively with Sales Managers and internal departments Skilled in preparing function sheets and drafting floor plans Proactive approach to following up on leads and generating repeat business Package Basic Salary: R9 500 per month Single Accommodation provided Monthly incentives based on conference revenue Opportunity to work within a luxury lodge environment Start Date: ASAP
