Job Description

Cold Storage Manager

We are looking for a hands-on, disciplined Cold Store Manager to take full ownership of our cold storage operations. This is not a desk role.

You will be the custodian of all stock within the facility responsible for stock accuracy, product integrity, and the smooth running of all inbound and outbound operations.

This role is for:

Detail-driven
Operationally strong
Comfortable managing people and pressure
Not afraid to take accountability

Key Responsibilities

Full control of stock accuracy (system vs physical)
Managing all goods received and goods issued processes
Ensuring cold store temperatures and product quality are maintained at all times
Overseeing dispatch, loading, and documentation accuracy
Driving discipline in processes, staff, and reporting
Managing HACCP, PPECB, and NRCS compliance
Leading and managing a team of operators and supervisors

What We Are Looking For

Minimum 5 years experience in cold storage / warehouse / processing environment
Strong background in stock control and inventory systems
Experience managing teams in a high-pressure operational environment
Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP / PPECB)
Highly organised, disciplined, and hands-on
