About the Role
The Country Finance Manager position at She Recruit offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing regional business where finance plays a critical role in supporting expansion and operational performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the finance function for the Mozambique operation, driving financial visibility and performance across the business, and providing strategic financial insights to regional leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the finance function for the Mozambique operation
- Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and compliance
- Partner with operational teams to support commercial decision-making
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Oversee cash flow management and working capital optimisation
- Drive financial visibility and performance across the business
- Support regional leadership with strategic financial insights
Requirements
- BCom Accounting
- Proven experience in a commercial finance / finance manager role
- Experience in logistics, distribution, automotive, or equipment sectors advantageous
- Experience with inventory and stock
- Strong understanding of financial controls and operational finance
- Ability to work hands-on in a dynamic, fast-moving business environment
- Portuguese language skills advantageous
- Proactive, resilient individual with strong problem-solving ability and grit
