Duty Manager (Hotel) Luxury Property Group | Camps Bay Salary: Negotiable DOE Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and professional Duty Manager for a luxury property group based in Camps Bay. This role is ideal for a polished hospitality professional who excels in guest relations, operational oversight, and leading teams within a high-end hotel environment. Minimum Experience & Requirements: 35 years experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment Strong front-of-house and operational management experience Excellent guest relations and complaint resolution skills Confident leadership ability with a hands-on management approach Computer literacy and experience with hotel management systems Strong administrative and organisational skills Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays Key Responsibilities: Guest Experience & Service Standards Ensure a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally Maintain exceptional service standards in line with luxury brand expectations Operational Management Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts Coordinate closely with housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage, and reception teams Ensure all departments operate efficiently and meet established standards Team Leadership Supervise and support front-of-house teams Assist with staff training, development, and performance management Lead by example to foster a culture of professionalism and service excellence Administration & Reporting Complete daily operational reports and shift handovers Monitor occupancy, special requests, and VIP arrivals Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Duty Manager seeking to grow within a reputable luxury property group in Camps Bay.
