About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Forklift Operator with a Double Handler endorsement to join our client’s team in South Africa. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for safely operating heavy machinery, managing inventory, and contributing to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate a double handler forklift to move, stack, and retrieve materials.
Load and offload trucks, containers, and pallets accurately and efficiently.
Stack goods to the required height while ensuring stability and safety.
Conduct daily pre-operation inspections of the forklift and report defects.
Ensure correct handling of fragile, heavy, or hazardous goods where applicable.
Maintain accurate records of stock movement and completed tasks.
Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and site rules.
Keep the working area clean, organised, and free of hazards.
Assist with general warehouse duties when required.

Requirements

Valid Forklift Operator Licence (Double Handler endorsement essential).
Proven experience operating a double handler forklift.
Grade 10 or higher (Grade 12 advantageous).
Good understanding of warehouse safety standards.
Physically fit and able to work shifts if required.
