Group Head: Enterprise Architecture & Infrastructure

About the Role
Youll provide strategic and operational leadership of IT infrastructure and architecture across the Group. This includes cloud, security, storage, networks, innovation, and systems architecture ensuring compliance, performance, and alignment to business strategy.
What Youll Do

Develop and maintain the Groups IT architecture strategy

Lead infrastructure operations (cloud, servers, storage, security)

Drive governance, compliance, and architectural standards

Ensure alignment to digital transformation and innovation goals

Champion agile frameworks and enterprise systems integration

Manage vendor relationships and IT contracts

Mentor and lead cross-functional IT teams
What You Bring
-
Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Masters preferred)

Minimum 10 years in IT, 5+ in leadership and strategy roles

Strong experience with enterprise architecture (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.)

Proven infrastructure and data centre leadership

Cloud architecture knowledge (Azure preferred)

Vendor, budget, and people management experience

Excellent leadership, governance, and communication skills
