About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and commercially minded Growth Marketing Manager to support our client’s hospitality brands in growing revenue across off-premise channels. This is a practical, output-focused role that requires strong analytical skills, AI tool proficiency, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep client work organised, track actions, prepare updates and help ensure delivery stays on track.
- Create CRM and email marketing campaigns, write copy, build automations, improve segmentation and support repeat revenue.
- Support owned-channel growth across direct ordering, click and collect, catering, loyalty and customer retention.
- Support marketplace performance across platforms such as Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat, Mr D or similar.
- Turn performance data into simple, useful updates showing what happened, why it matters and what should happen next.
- Use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and other AI platforms to build workflows, SOPs, templates, reports and internal systems.
- Support the improvement of client delivery processes as the role grows.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in growth marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, hospitality marketing or account management.
- Excellent written English.
- Strong attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Experience with email marketing, automations or customer retention.
- Commercially minded and confident managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Highly capable with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
