About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Guest Services, Planning & Events to join a luxury island resort in the Caribbean. This is a unique opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a high-end, fast-paced environment, loves creating unforgettable experiences, and is comfortable living on a stunning, remote island.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the guest services team to deliver outstanding service
- Plan, coordinate, and execute luxury events, banquets, and private experiences
- Oversee daily guest operations, ensuring seamless check-in, check-out, and concierge services
- Develop and implement service standards and procedures
- Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and operational performance
- Resolve guest queries or issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other resort departments to deliver an exceptional overall guest experience
Requirements
Proven experience in a senior guest services, events, or hospitality management role within luxury resorts or high-end hotels.
Strong leadership, organisational, and people management skills.
Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
Creativity and flair for designing unforgettable guest experiences.
Comfortable working in a remote island environment and adapting to local logistics.
