Duties: · Developments Transfers (Advantageous) · Commercial Property · Working independently to a reasonable extent · Attended to due diligence checks on behalf of the client bank · Facilitated signature of documents by clients · Perused and signed compliance documents for submission to the bank · Perused and signed documents for lodgement in the Deeds Office · Drafted and vetted agreements of sale for commercial, industrial and residential properties · Drafted, prepared and signed various conveyancing documents · Liaised with and reported to clients, including developer clients and estate agents Requirements: Matric is essential with a post-matric qualification beneficial A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience Must be experienced with Commercial Property, Developments Transfers (Advantageous) Working independently to a reasonable extent Computer Literacy: MS Office (Outlook, Excel) LexisConvey E4 PM Pro Windeed Searchworks CIPC
