About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic legal guidance to the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing contract lifecycles. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in contract drafting, management, and company secretarial functions.

Requirements
- LLB degree
- Admitted Attorney
- 35 years post-articles experience
- In-house experience
- Strong emphasis on contract drafting, contract management, compliance, and company secretarial functions
