About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and guest-centric Lodge Manager I for a luxury safari lodge in Tanzania. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional service, operational efficiency, and personalised guest journeys while upholding international standards across all areas of lodge operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage lodge operations to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Represent the lodge as a professional brand ambassador in a world-class safari destination
- Motivate and manage a diverse team to achieve operational excellence
- Develop and implement strategies for improving guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or equivalent (essential for work permit purposes)
- Previous experience in hospitality management, preferably in a safari lodge or remote luxury resort setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills

- A passion for providing exceptional guest experiences
