About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Junior Restaurant Manager to join our team at a well-established restaurant in Hyde Park, Sandton. The ideal candidate will have strong front of house management abilities and knowledge of back of house management, with a passion for restaurants.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front of house operations, ensuring excellent customer service and high standards of hospitality.
- Oversee back of house management, including cash up reconciliation, stock management, and opening/closing procedures.
- Lead and train staff to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Deal with customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
