About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Specialist to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, transport, warehousing, and distribution. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on efficiency, service delivery, compliance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods
Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
Manage relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and transportation providers
Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements

Strong planning and organizational skills
Experience in logistics management or a related field
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Basic knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Matric certificate not required)

Salary & Benefits

Salary range: R500 000 – R700 000 per annum.
