About the Role
To produce well-designed, impactful, and thought-provoking creative solutions for our clients. To interpret and implement the creative vision across a broad range of projects ranging from digital, social, print, and motion.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Design Director and/or Senior Designer to take the design project through from conception to delivery:
- Interrogate, question, and understand client briefs and project requirements
- Partake in regular brainstorming meetings and creative sessions with the team
- Develop and deliver design concepts by software or by hand that accurately and precisely deliver the requirements
- Present options for design treatments that are original, creative, clever, and executed to the highest standard
- Amend designs according to feedback from both internal teams and the client themselves
- Proofread and prepare designs ready for use
- Where required, brief the Creative Artworker and work with them to turn your concepts into workable artwork files
- Be involved in, and balance the needs of, a wide range of projects and executions, with timelines ranging from the immediate to the long term
