About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Influencer & Community Manager to lead our influencer and community strategy, building a scalable network of creators, athletes, and brand advocates to drive awareness, content, and retail demand for our performance-driven health brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and manage influencers and brand ambassadors
- Coordinate product seeding and ongoing relationships
- Generate and manage user-generated content (UGC)
- Brief influencers in line with campaign messaging
- Work closely with the content and marketing team to turn UGC into high-performing content
- Collaborate with our activations team to capture real-world content
- Build a growing network of active creators
- Maintain consistent flow of authentic content
- Establish strong link between influencer activity and retail demand
Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12
- 1 2 year experience in similar role
- Valid drivers license
- Strong understanding of social media and influencer marketing
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised and proactive
- Passion for fitness, health, or lifestyle industries is advantageous
