About the Role
The Passenger & Commercial Vehicle Parts Manager (Multi-Franchise) role is a critical position responsible for driving profitability and efficiency across multiple vehicle franchises, ensuring optimal stock levels, and maintaining strong relationships with OEMs and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee parts departments across multiple vehicle franchises
- Drive profitability through effective pricing, stock control, and supplier management
- Ensure optimal stock levels, minimizing obsolescence and maximizing availability
- Lead, develop, and manage parts teams across all franchises
- Implement and maintain efficient parts processes and systems
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and suppliers
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the parts division
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years experience in Parts Management
- Proven experience managing parts within a multi-franchise environment
- Strong knowledge of both passenger and commercial vehicle parts operations
- Solid understanding of inventory management, pricing strategies, and logistics
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong financial and business acumen
