About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant/Secretary to provide administrative support to our team in a fast-paced family-business environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional PA/Executive Assistant/Office Manager services, with a strong focus on follow-through and proactive communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate across multiple people and functions
  • Provide accounting and financial admin support (bank statements, basic reconciliations, invoice tracking)
  • Assist the Accounts function as required
  • Utilize digital tools and AI to improve efficiency, follow-through, and organisation
  • Maintain a high level of organisational skills and emotional stability

Requirements

  • Proven PA/Executive Assistant/Office Manager experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Strong follow-through and proactive communication skills
  • Comfortable coordinating across multiple people and functions
  • Some accounting/financial admin exposure (bank statements, basic reconciliations, invoice tracking) is preferred
