Job Description

Minimum Requirements:-

  • Recognised Financial degree (BComm, Bachelor of Accounting Sciences, Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting)
  • Business School or Engineering background advantageous
  • 3-10 Years’ professional experience, according to the size and complexity of the site, including controlling experience at plant level
  • Familiarity with industrial information systems and flows
  • Good accounting knowledge
  • Business-minded and strong teamwork
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent in English

Skills and Competencies:-

  • Knowledge of cost management methodology
  • Strong analytical ability and financial acuity
  • Ability to work in a matrix organisation under pressure
  • Manages complexity
