Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Administrator to join our team at Say Shy Distribution in Cape Town. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through excellent customer service, negotiation skills, and market research approach.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct external sales and cold calling activities to secure new clients and business
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Increase revenue by “sealing the deal” and expanding our client base
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
Provide excellent customer service, including after-sales support
Work comfortably in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams

Requirements

Matric
Solid external sales and cold calling experience
Ability to connect, network, and build client relationships
Excellent negotiation skills
Initiative to conduct market research
Professional, well-spoken, and presentable in English and Afrikaans (verbal and written)
Commitment to excellent customer service

Qualifications

Valid driver’s licence (no endorsements) with own reliable vehicle
