Who are we looking for
Were looking for an experienced Sales and Execution Sales Manager with deep knowledge of the general trade channel and strong wholesaler management expertise. As well as the ability to manage reps, 3rd party agencys as well as regional distributors. The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, execution-focused, and able to build lasting relationships while leading a high-performing sales team.
What will you do
- Develop and deliver sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and distribution targets.
- Lead and manage in-market execution, ensuring product availability, visibility, and compliance with agreed standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers and trade partners.
- Negotiate trading terms and secure strong order volumes and placements.
- Drive customer-focused initiatives to grow retention and expand coverage.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team, setting clear KPIs and tracking performance.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends, providing insights for continuous improvement.
What do you need
- Bachelors degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 8+ years FMCG sales experience, with strong exposure to general trade and wholesale channels.
- At least 3 years in a management role.
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth and execution excellence.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Commercial acumen, analytical ability, and a results-driven mindset.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
