- Lead and develop Supply Chain and Commercial teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and performance
- Provide commercial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making and problem-solving
- Ensure strong internal controls and oversee risk assessments across the division
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks
- Drive operational excellence initiatives across the business
- Collaborate on budgeting processes and financial forecasting
- Oversee the development and execution of supply chain strategies
- Manage procurement processes in line with policies and budget requirements
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Oversee logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers
- Monitor inventory levels to meet demand while minimising excess stock
- Analyse supply chain performance data and implement improvements
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Chartered Accountant qualification
- 3–5 years’ experience in commercial, financial management, or executive roles
- 2–3 years’ experience within a manufacturing environment
- Experience in an organisation managing its own fleet of trucks
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems
- Proven ability to manage budgets and financial targets
