We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and help drive strategic insights, efficiency, and growth across the organization.

As a at Business Analyst , you’ll play a crucial role in turning data into actionable insights that guide decision-making across departments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Production, Finance, and Supply Chain to identify trends, recommend improvements, and support strategic initiatives..

Requirements:

• Degree or relevant qualifications
• Degree B Eng (Industrial) (advantageous)
• 7+ years’ experience in business analysis, process analysis
• 4+ years’ experience in business analysis activity related to the development of bespoke web or mobile applications
• Advanced excel skills, other MS Office experience (specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• SQL experiences advantageous
• FMCG experience advantageous
• Experience with analysis and design of business reports advantageous
• Dynamics NAV / Business Central experience advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Administer IT systems.
• Monitoring and supporting the companies’ applications
• Participate in testing of new system functionality
• Participate in user acceptance testing
• Identify process change elements
• Develop training material and conduct formal training sessions for end user
• Provide technical assistance in training, mentoring, and coaching staff
• Monitoring for optimal success of project
