About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Coordinator / Scheduler to join our team in Kempton Park. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling technicians, managing client inquiries, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule technicians for maintenance activities
- Manage client inquiries and respond to queries in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate job reports and logs
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of materials and services
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times
Requirements
- Matric
- 3-5 years experience in Service / Maintenance operations
- Proven experience in coordination, scheduling or maintenance role
- Technical understanding of maintenance processes is an advantage
