Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee the new and pre-owned motorcycle sales department
– Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
– Manage stock levels, pricing, and showroom presentation
– Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty
– Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the dealership’s customer base
– Collaborate with management on marketing initiatives and business development
– Ensure exceptional customer experience and brand representation
Requirements:
– Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior automotive or motorcycle sales management role
– Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
– Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
– Excellent business acumen and analytical ability
– Valid Motorcycle License (essential)
– Professional, energetic, and passionate about the motorcycle lifestyle
