• Tertiary qualification in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7–10 years’ experience in IT risk and cybersecurity management.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications.
• Strong knowledge of networks (LAN/WAN), patch management, VPNs, Active Directory, and Windows Server environments.
• Experience with Office 365, VMware, HP Aruba switches, Ubiquiti/Unifi controllers, and VLANs.
• Skilled in troubleshooting, prioritization, and problem resolution.
• High attention to detail with the ability to work independently under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise at all levels.
