About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and pressure-resilient Junior Sous Chef to join our large-scale catering operation in Stellenbosch. As a hands-on professional with proven high-volume catering experience, you will play a critical role in supporting daily kitchen operations, food preparation, service delivery, and team coordination in a fast-paced environment.

- Coordinate team activities and ensure seamless execution of events
Requirements
- Previous large-volume catering experience (essential)
- Strong prep, service, and kitchen management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid driver’s licence & own transport (essential)
Qualifications
- No formal education or certifications required
Salary & Benefits
R20,000 per month | Live-out
