About the Role

Nurture Health is seeking a compassionate, accountable, and patient-centred Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. Key Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate nursing care plans
• Allocate and delegate nursing activities
• Monitor patients’ clinical status to ensure safe, effective care
• Manage medication administration
• Manage emergency equipment and emergency responses
• Provide wound and continence care
• Support safe patient discharge processes
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• Educate patients and families
• Contribute to clinical decision-making
• Maintain accurate clinical reporting

Requirements

• Registered with the South African Nursing Council as a Professional Nurse
• Proven experience managing medically complex patients in a high-demand clinical environment
• Strong clinical assessment, nursing leadership, delegation, communication, and rehabilitation-focused care planning skills
• Ability to influence interdisciplinary decision-making
• Passionate about rehabilitation and patient wellbeing
• Committed to professional ethics, teamwork, continuous learning, adaptability, and calm decision-making under pressure
