About the Role
A respected FMCG employer is seeking a Company Secretary to join its Western Cape team, focusing on ensuring effective coordination, facilitation, and governance of executive, board, shareholder, and operational administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate executive, board, shareholder, and operational administrative processes
- Serve as primary liaison between management, the Board of Directors, shareholders, and key internal and external stakeholders
- Support operational efficiency and informed decisionmaking through reporting and statutory compliance
- Provide executive support activities
Requirements
- Degree qualification (finance preferred)
- CA (SA) advantageous
- At least 3 years relevant working experience
- Proven experience in high-level stakeholder liaison
- Advanced Excel skills, including:
- Forecasting and Prediction
- Pivot Tables
- VBA and Macros
