About the Role
Chazrannah Consulting is seeking an experienced F&I Manager to join our team in Table View. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales and finance, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Structuring & Finance: Negotiate loan terms, structure financing packages, and submit credit applications to multiple banks to secure the best rates for the customer.
- Product Sales: Pitch and sell value-added products (e.g., GAP insurance, service plans, and paint protection) to maximize dealership revenue.
- Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all deals adhere to consumer credit and financial regulations.
- Document Processing: Verify all vehicle titles, lien registrations, and sales contracts are accurate, completely signed, and swiftly processed for rapid funding.
Requirements
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet strict monthly sales targets.
- Typically requires 2 to 5 years of combined automotive sales and F&I experience.
Qualifications
- A recognized NQF Level 4/5 qualification in South Africa.
- RE (Regulatory Examination) accreditation.
- FAIS/NCA (National Credit Act) compliance.
