About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant with technical expertise to join our boutique recruitment agency in Table View, Cape Town. As a Technical Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing an existing client base and developing new relationships to drive successful placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, presenting candidates to clients, and negotiating offers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with technical clients and candidates.
- Take detailed job briefs from clients and advise on suitable candidate specifications.
- Source and interview suitable candidates for client positions.
- Present candidates to clients and manage interview processes.
- Negotiate offers and close successful placements.
Requirements
- Strong technical recruitment expertise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships with clients and candidates
- Proven sales and business development skills
- Ability to read people well and negotiate effectively
Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications in a related field (e.g. HR, Business Studies)
