Job Summary

Minimum Job Requirements: Matric. Secretarial Degree or Diploma. Minimum 6 years Executive Secretarial experience. Experience in a Listed company, an added advantage. Fully literate on MS Office Suite. SAP experience, a strong advantage. The Job: Report to the Admin Controller: Perform core secretarial functions such as: drafting correspondence, taking minutes, typing, drafting presentations, meeting preparations, filing. Diary management and travel co-ordination. Co-ordinate management functions & events. Respond to incoming correspondence on behalf of Management. Manage the Department. Process invoices for payment on SAP. Competencies/Skills: Supervisory and staff management skills. Excellent accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work independently. Deadline orientated. Positive attitude. Team player. Good interpersonal & organisational skills. Problem-solving skills. Flexible in terms of working hours and travel.
