About the Role
We are seeking an Inbound Sales and Service Advisor to join our busy Inbound Sales and Service department at Umhlanga Rocks. As an Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and adding value to our customers’ worlds. You will be part of a dynamic team that values growth, development, and creating an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an excellent customer experience during conversations, ensuring problems are resolved first time.
- Use expert knowledge and communication skills to book in appliances for repairs, add on new appliances, upsell on current plans, assist with cancellations, complaints, and de-escalations where necessary.
- Build rapport with customers, get to know their individual needs, and put their interests first.
- Work on a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Sunday.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or a relevant equivalent qualification.
- A solid background with a minimum 1 year in targeted sales through service.
- A goal-oriented mindset and a love for hitting targets.
- Great communication skills, including building rapport, handling objections, upselling, listening to customers, and demonstrating empathy when needed.
