About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is recruiting for a prestigious Luxury Private Lounge and Restaurant in Umhlanga, seeking an accomplished Sales Manager to drive growth, membership engagement and brand positioning within a high-end lifestyle environment. The ideal candidate will be a polished, strategic sales professional with a proven track record of success in luxury hospitality and lifestyle sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and mentor the sales function to ensure consistent delivery against targets
- Develop structured sales plans, pipelines and reporting frameworks
- Engage prospective and existing members using a refined, consultative sales approach
- Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities to support business growth
- Uphold service standards through disciplined sales and process management
- Work closely with executive leadership on forecasting, strategy and performance optimisation
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, business development or client relationship management
- Proven experience engaging with high-net-worth or premium-market clients
- Strong analytical skills with sound commercial insight
- Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities
- Professional, composed and confident in executive-level environments
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications (Bachelor’s, LLB, Matric, etc.)
