A manufacturing company in Vereeniging is seeking a skilled Debtors Clerk to manage customer accounts and collections.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a Debtors role

• SAP experience is essential

• Knowledge of inventory/stock/material processes will be an advantage

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Excellent organizational skills and accuracy

Responsibilities:

• Managing customer accounts and statements

• Following up on outstanding debtors and ensuring timely collections

• Allocating payments and reconciling debtor accounts

• Resolving queries and maintaining customer relationships

• Preparing debtor reports and assisting with month-end processes
