About the Role
Our client, a well-established company within the fashion/garment apparel industry, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their small team in Century City. As an integral part of their fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of their office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support
- Manage orders, documents, and filing systems
- Handle scheduling, emails, and correspondence
- Assist with day-to-day office operations
- Liaise and attend brief meetings with customers
- Prepare for all meetings with customers and suppliers
- Check all POs received from customer
- Ensure all communications to the customer and suppliers are clear
- General Admin and maintenance of style files on a daily basis
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Pleasant, professional personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
