About the Role

Our client, a well-established company within the fashion/garment apparel industry, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their small team in Century City. As an integral part of their fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of their office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support
  • Manage orders, documents, and filing systems
  • Handle scheduling, emails, and correspondence
  • Assist with day-to-day office operations
  • Liaise and attend brief meetings with customers
  • Prepare for all meetings with customers and suppliers
  • Check all POs received from customer
  • Ensure all communications to the customer and suppliers are clear
  • General Admin and maintenance of style files on a daily basis

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Pleasant, professional personality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
