About the Role

We’re a growing UK gas and heating company seeking a sharp, self-directed person to run our customer support and office coordination fully remote from South Africa. You’ll be the voice our customers hear and the hands that keep our diary full, providing excellent customer support during UK business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Book and rebook customer appointments by phone and email
  • Keep the engineer diary full
  • Handle customer communications: confirmations, reports, invoices, quotes
  • Follow up after every job: request reviews from happy customers, resolve issues for unhappy ones
  • Work across multiple job management platforms (full training provided)
  • Source and order spare parts so engineers are ready for each job (full training provided)
  • Spot inefficiencies and propose improvements

Requirements

  • Customer service / call handling experience of at least 2 years
  • Written and spoken English (excellent)
  • Advanced Administrative / coordination experience of at least 2 years
  • Computer literacy / multiple systems Intermediate to Advanced
  • Warm, confident telephone manner of at least 2 years
  • Advanced Self-management / working independently experience of at least 2 years
