Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Data Engineering & Development
- Design, build, and optimise data warehouse solutions to support reporting and analytics
- Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines to ingest and transform data from multiple sources
- Ensure high levels of data quality, consistency, and accessibility across platforms
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of data architecture in line with business growth
Data Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with business units to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
- Create intuitive dashboards and visualisations to support decision-making
- Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Identify opportunities to improve data processes, accuracy, and efficiency
- Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to support evolving needs
- Collaborate with leadership to scale and future-proof data capabilities
Data Governance & Maintenance
- Maintain and monitor data systems to ensure reliability and performance
- Oversee API integrations, ensuring stability and adherence to best practices
- Implement strong data governance, security, and compliance standards
Requirements:
Education:
- Minimum Qualifications: Degree in Mathematics, Data Engineering, Data Analytics or a related discipline
Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience within Data Science/Engineering or a similar role (e.g. BI Scientist, Data Engineer)
- 3+ years’ experience Python, R and Cloud softwares
- Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and translate business needs into data solutions
