About the Role
We are seeking a highly-organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our boutique consulting firm in The Winelands, Cape Town. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, providing exceptional client service, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior management and clients
- Manage calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings, events, and presentations
- Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets and databases
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
