Job Description
- Complete all machine and component setups according to job specifications and timelines
- Verify setup accuracy, align tooling, and perform trial runs before production
- Create and maintain detailed Setters Notes to ensure repeatability and standardised production
- Troubleshoot setup and tooling issues in collaboration with production and toolroom teams
- Ensure all setups comply with quality, safety, and operational standards
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in machine setup within a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams
- Knowledge of CNC programs, tooling, and production processes will be advantageous
Qualification:
- Relevant technical or trade qualification
