Job Description

Minimum requirements:

Matric.
3 – 5 years’ experience in a workshop or engineering environment.
Expert knowledge of engineering principles.
Industry knowledge in FMCG.
Food safety knowledge.
Adherence to safe working practices.
Proficient in MS Office with strong Excel knowledge; experience with C-Works is an added advantage.
Ability to work in a pressurised environment.
Willingness to work a five-day week.
Availability to work overtime when required.

Duties and responsibilities:

Ensure that all materials are available and issued according to maintenance requirements.
Maintain all stock levels in accordance with specifications.
Eliminate stock losses and shrinkages.
Prevent redundant stock.
Receive and issue spares.
Issue tools and equipment.
Maintain stock control records according to company standards.
Conduct a monthly stocktake of spares.
Ensure housekeeping of the store.
