About the Role Legal Hero is building a disciplined, professional sales team focused on long-term growth and service excellence. As a Growth Hero , you will sell Legal Insurance directly to government sector employees. This role suits experienced, self-managed sales professionals who value consistency, integrity, and relationship-based selling. This is not a call-centre role. This is field-based, professional direct sales . Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound, face-to-face sales within government sector offices Build and maintain relationships in government departments Educate clients on legal cost insurance benefits Represent the Legal Hero brand professionally at all times Consistently meet agreed sales and performance targets Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Existing access to government sector offices, such as: SAPS Government schools Public hospitals and clinics EMS Department of Home Affairs / Labour SANDF / Navy / Defence environments Department of Correctional Services Proven sales experience (field sales preferred) Strong communication and relationship-building skills High levels of self-discipline and accountability Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
