About the Role
Econo home lifts, an established lift installation and maintenance company in George, Western Cape, is seeking a skilled Welder and Boilermaker to join our growing team. We are looking for a reliable and experienced individual who can contribute to our success.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate structural steel components
- Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, and/or arc welding techniques
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in welding and boilermaking
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Ability to work under authority and follow management directives
- Proficiency in both Afrikaans and English (written and spoken)
Qualifications
- Formal education or certification in welding and boilermaking is not required
