About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Westville, where you will play a key role in supporting our group-wide strategic initiatives and individual company objectives through compelling marketing copy and collateral.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling marketing copy and collateral to support group-wide strategic initiatives and individual company objectives
• Develop engaging content aligned with brand tone and overall business goals
• Work closely with the website partner to ensure content on the group website remains accurate, relevant, and up to date
• Assist with website content updates and optimisation
• Manage and grow the company’s digital presence across social media platforms
• Publish weekly posts focused on current projects and industry news
• Drive community engagement and manage online interactions professionally
• Support quality follower growth and enhance overall brand visibility
• Apply basic SEO principles and utilise content management tools effectively
• Provide ad-hoc copywriting and basic design assistance for various marketing campaigns and initiatives across the group
• Support the planning and execution of marketing events, activations, and brand initiatives

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field (preferred)
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce persuasive, professional content across various mediums
• Digital marketing proficiency, including social media platforms, basic SEO knowledge, and familiarity with content management tools
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with diverse teams and external partners

• Valid drivers licence and own transport is essential
