About the Role
We are seeking a Junior IT Technician to join our team in Witbank, where you will be responsible for delivering technical services at customer sites and providing operation and maintenance support on client premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering technical services at customer sites
- Basic customer problem-solving
- Providing operation and maintenance on client site
- Service contract site visits – repair work; technical inspections and recommendations at site
- Preventive maintenance work at site
- Local installation and start-up support of pre-assembled products
- Delivering site reports, including Job cards, travel expenses reports, and Stock Reports
- Ensuring proper fulfilment of all SHEQ rules and regulations of Company and the customer
- Performing safety inspection at workplace prior to start of job
- Correct usage of PPE
- Reporting any unsafe condition on site
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Drivers license
- A Certificate or equivalent or N Certificate or equivalent
- 6 months Work experience
