About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at the 4-star Hotel Secunda. As an integral part of our F&B operation, you will assist in the day-to-day management of our restaurants, bars, room service, and other food and beverage outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the running of all Restaurants, Bars, Room Service
- Manage the F&B Operation, including Restaurants, Bars, Banqueting, Room Service
- Work closely with Groups & Conventions, National Sales, F&B Control, Kitchen and Finance to ensure effective communication
Requirements
- Matric or Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related to F&B
- 2-4 years’ experience in the F&B division at a supervisory level
- 5 years or more of experience in 4-5 star experience (added advantage)
