About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at the 4-star Hotel Secunda. As a key member of our F&B division, you will assist in the day-to-day management of our restaurants, bars, room service, and other food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the managing of the F&B Operation which includes Restaurants, Bars, Banqueting, Room Service
• Closely work with Groups & Conventions, National Sales, F&B Control, Kitchen and Finance, in ensuring that all persons are effectively communicated to at all times

Requirements

• Matric
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related to F&B (an added advantage)
• 2-4 years’ experience in the F&B division at a supervisory level
• 5 years or more experience in 4-5 star experience (an added advantage)

Qualifications

• Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
• Fidelio F&B and Fidelio Sales & Catering knowledge (an added advantage)
